first vapors from the newest Bud Toaster at 6:15pm ... this is the second Vapor Processing Unit using the factory made printed circuit board for temperature control ... two done, 998 to go.

It still needs the pink leather skin and ceramic tape padding, but i couldn't resist trying it out.

The top and bottom wood discs are cherry. Unit is 1 3/4" diameter by 3" tall.

It sucks that the stem set I bought for it is a tad too long, but I'll eventually get it re-cut....

too long? looks fine to me. I would prefer longer than shorter so there's more water covering it. Are those ringed donuts for the ice catcher? Hard to tell from the pic

I prefer longer stems also, but this one doesn't quite lock in place. It works great on my bigger pieces, but I got it to make the Syn tube pop. The ice pinches are just very large and deep, it looks like donuts though.

Just picked up this baby from a local shop a couple of days ago. MGW Stemless with matching a/c. It was the first piece that caught my eye when I walked in, and I couldn't leave without it.

how does that Inverted shower head rip?

and has anyone heard any reviews on the SG Stemline? I cant decide between the stemline or the syn inverted showerhead!

i would go with the SG Stemline personally, but dont have that option being in the UK..
its just that i much prefer SG stuff to SYN's..

im liking the cobalt stemlines on here: http://www.californiaglassconnection.com/shop/
hoping one day they will ship to the UK,
or ALT or Bitfreak gets them in.. (as they are the good guys that ship to the UK)

It does want to tip over with the carbon adapter so I have to watch it. That's a temporary foam bowl holder, I'll get around to making one out of nice wood. Hits great though, and what I've tried of the carbon adapter has me impressed.

how do you hit that thing the stem and piece are taller than the bong must be awkward

Well you start by holding it and never hitting it with it sitting. The carbon adapter raises the bowl above eye level and makes it safe but without it the flame is eye level. I won't have to trim my eyebrows very much anymore. :tiphat:

Found a sweet makeup-bottle cap that fits my piece perfectly... It's a bit too big, but works really good as a base...

It stays on super tight, and there's even a sleeve on the inside that fits perfectly around the glass bowl, so if anything does spill out it stays in one small tube
