If you are not using water while making the butter it's gonna be nasty, imo.
The chlorophyll and the other water soluables need to be removed still.
I like to add a cup of water to my trim butter soup. This way there is plenty of time to catch the nasty stuff. Afert it's all extracted I put it in the fridge to seperate. All the nasty water will be on the bottom on the container.
I poke a hole in the butter when it's solidified, then pour off the funky water.
Then I do a second rinse.
I pour another cup of hot water in and repeat the solidification. This time there's no more nasty.
