Leaf blight would usually start at the end of a branch and progress along the effected branch. This may be cured with a pH adjustment. If you keep your solution at 6.+ than Mg and other nutes that you offer may not be available. Try a dif pH to allow different uptake.
I've had powdery mildew, it looks like powder on the leaves, thats not what you have.
What you have is a burn... first off quit spraying your leaves.
If the new growth continues with the problem then your soil or ferts is the problem - as in ph problems etc etc... stop looking at the old growth for now, that is in the past... its like driving looking in the rear view mirror
