I'm torn on this. Scientifically males don't Hermie, only female plants Hermie. Therefore your "male Hermie" is really a female hermie that showed male flowers first. As did most of her offspring. Which would also have been females. However selfing a male would give 2:1 male to female offspring, which seems to be exactly the ratio you describe. Yet you didn't self the plant in question, you outcrossed it. Which means if it was male, it would have generated 50:50 males to females. Yet you got 2:1. It simply has to be a female Hermie yet those ratios don't add up.

I have never been good at maths ;0)
Take what ever happened here with a grain of salt. It surely was not a true scientific experiment. I would go as far as saying. No real scientific data could be collected.
I cant say I had a 2:1 male ratio- I culled a bunch of plants before sex showed cause i didn't like them.
It is however food for thought, and if non of females herm i can feel confident that the remaining few thousand seeds I have are okay.

Ah right. I think a lot of the confusion originates from there being two separate lines in cannabis, and people have been breeding both together. This can create a real cluster fuck at times and then some start making up theories that get copied as gospel because it was on a cannabis forum.
