Are we only counting extreme beliefs?

I can't find a tasteful image.

lol dont worry the joke probably doesnt apply to you anyways

the joke is because the US has two right wing parties, people who call themselves centrists in the US are not actually in center whatsoever, they're just in the "center" of the two right wing parties' discourse lol, making them right wing.

I like this compass. I usually explain my views by saying I’m at the place on the left/right political spectrum where the extreme ends meet / it wraps back around on itself. The test captured that well, pinning me as a libertarian socialist.

A single question, “how much do you believe in the golden rule?”, would probably also do the trick, though.

Cheers bud. I didn't have the faintest idea.

we did this awhile ago with the old school politicalcompass.org one. let's try it with this quiz;

this one's better than the standard political compass everyone normally uses in my opinion. it has 70 short questions so it may take 10-20 minutes to complete depending on your pace. to those who do take the quiz, how accurate/inaccurate is your result?

https://8values.github.io/

here's my results. pretty accurate i guess. i've taken it a bunch of times and usually get around the same result.

It makes you wonder what percentage of a voting public actually has representation.

not/squat or its decimal equivalent, lol. in real numbers...effective representation? 5% at most is my guess. the rest is just window dressing to make us think there is hope.

I liked living in a tent. I had a huge yard. Saved a lot of money. Went to places I wouldn’t have otherwise gone. Lived where I wouldn’t have lived.

tent camping is cool. harsh winter weather tests you a bit. access to hot water for showers now and then is nice. "the key to happiness is learning to be satisfied with what you already have."

It comes down to the right of existence. If you don’t own property or make an arrangement with a property owner, you have no rights to sleep. You have no rights to sit or to stay in one spot too long. You virtually have no right to exist. The role of government is first and foremost to assign property rights to free land.
