I think the green tape is used to reseal it, but there was a thread up a couple weeks back of a couple people talking about how they didn't receive their confiscated mail for 6 months or so.

how do they find the seeds in the mail?

is mail sent to P.O. boxes xrayed for security reasons?

Green tape = customs opens your package and takes your beans and the a__holes put a letter in it, reseal it and send it on to you.

They are either xraying the packages or they just know what to look for. I'm certain that hubs keep track of adresses, both return and destination so that packages are getting flagged and checked as they come in.

I have lost numerous multi-seed packages to "no shows" but only one package of four to customs. Even uber-stealth failed to show, but no green tape.

The one lost to customs contained two of the last Bog strains, the original Strawberry Diesel release and Wonder99. I am beyond disgruntled.

I just quit ordering beans and am concentrating on elites. This sucks because elites come out of these breeder packs. Or bagseed, but I don't buy much off the street.

I had a pack take over 2 months to a P.O. box w/ green tape. I ordered a second pack during that time and the arrived to the P.O. box. Green tape takes time (for some reason). This also blows out the "put on a naughty list" theory, at least for me. I have read about large orders of seeds causing the postal service to contact local law enforcement.

Sounds like they are definitely holding your incoming mail. Figure out a way to weasel out of it.

dude get another po box...many people use po boxes for all of their mail...did somebody you know know about the box and put a forwarding address on it or have another key and is gainking your mail

If his letter he mailed to himself arrived then there not holding his mail. These po boxes are not worth a shit for doing what we do. I won't use one again, just to easy for leo to trace it back to you.
