the temperature is 28-30 degrees celsius, and yeah its the same strain and the same soil. The humidity IS a bit low (dont know the exact levels) but I think Legit_User may be right

Looks like a Mag/Iron problem to me.
The ones under the light only do this?
That means the nute lock is causing the plant to burn inside out.
Bad nutrient uptake/lock will screw up their ability to transpire correctly.

I have a little question.
many of my plants are still exhibiting the same problems, even though I have adjusted their PH, and the PH of the run off is 6,5. They are 1,5 months old and I have fed them nutes 3 times (with the NPK of 3-1-4), should I feed them more nutes or what?
I really dont understand what's going on coz
their PH has been stabile for 1,5 weeks,
the temperature is around 82.4
humidity is high (but not too high, I'm using the penguin humidifier)
tha lamps are at a safe distance (70 centimeters/27 inches)

It's mostly the lower leaves that are effected

I just found out more about my soil. It is:
50 % light peat moss
50% dark peat moss
PH:5,5-6,5
Additives: NPK: 11-5-18 (this sounds like a lot, considering the fact that I used this soil in veg....what do you think?)

your soil is the problem. quit foolin around and ditch it for something decent.

you want a peat/perlite mix. light and fluffy.

NPK: 11-5-18 - Outrageous. Sounds good for my trees out front though.

That is .11-.5-.18 This can cause problems, but it doesn't look burnt. Does that Canna have any Micro Nutes in it? It sure looks like a def. Have you added any Calcium or Mag? Epsome Salts and Gypsom. I am using all GH stuff. Flora Grow, Floro Micro and Floro Bloom. This has helped a ton in less than two weeks, my WW are looking so much better.

Yeah I know my soil sucks, but it's too late for transplants.

I've added Epsom salt twice, but I don't know where to find this gypsom?

Are you people sure I haven't given them too much nitrogen already? I'm afraid of overferting coz like I said before I've fed them 3 times in 1,5 months with Canna Vega which has NPK 3-1-4, and the soil contains nitrogen as well...hard to know what to do, give them Nitrogen, Calcium, even more Magnesium, or all those things?

I believe it's your soil also. I don't like pre ferted soil. As you can over feed and then you can't be sure it's all used up by harvest. Chances are your soil is kinda hot. Why this doesn't work on the ones outside the grow I can't explain.

so do you think I should lay off the ferts for a while and just keep on giving them plain water ? Many other people believe it's a deficiency, but you don't think so?

Impossible situation :fsu:

some thiink it's a deficiency
some think they are overferted
some think it's the strain
some think it's my growing medium

what to do? what to doooooooo?

Well, those pics you posted show definately a nitrogen defficiency...The yellowing starts from the tips of the bottom leafs and works its way up to the middle of the leaf. (= the plant using the energy stored in the leaf for growth instead of taking it from the soil)
