Any help would be appreciated.

Please help me understand what I am doing to my girls. I am a new grower and am in the learning process. The plant in question is the 2nd set out of 3 I have going. There are several things I don’t understand but have learned a lot from the knowledgeable veteran growers on this site. Below is all my info to date. Some other questions I have are. The most obvious why do my fan leaves look the way they do? When flushing how long after should you see a rebound? I know my pots are small is there a way to compensate for that? And I am sure more ?’s will come out during this thread. So here it is. Any guidance is great. The pics below are the same plant in question.
I am thinking that this is a N deficiency. I have been on the complete sick plant guide and my PH is to high for a lock out, I dont think. I wanted to see if I could get some advice before doing anything. I was going to feed them tonight but wasnt sure....

SOIL:
How long has this problem been going on? Noticeable in the last 7 days
What STRAIN are you growing? No clue it was given to me for my first grow.
What was the establishing technique? (Clone)
What is the age of your plants? 59 days from clone
How Tall are the plants? Around 17 inches
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) Sorry but I am a newbie maybe someone can educate me on these terms, but they are just in pots.
does SOG mean Sea of Green then yes that is the technique i am using.
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) I know this is one of my contributing factors to my problems but due to room constraints they are in 5-inch square pots.
What substrate/medium are you using? Fox Farm Light Warrior
What Nutrient's are you using? Fox Farm Nutes Big Grow, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom How much of each with how much water? I follow the feeding schedule from FF. How Often? For the last 2 feedings they have been feed once a week and plain water in-between as needed. Last feeding was 5 days ago.
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?. Not sure what the acronyms stand for but when I mix my nutes I use my digital PH meter and they run 6.4
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? 6.9
What method of pH test was administered? pH pen
How often are you watering? It runs about every day to every other
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? The last time was 3/18 2 days ago and the time before that was 3/13. But the next day I was worried I was over feeding (this is when I got the ph pen) so I flushed the next day and charted ph r/o and this plant was 6.5 on 3/14
What size bulb are you using? Not sure size but it is a 600 w HPS
What is the distance to the canopy? About 16 inches
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) 40 to 48%
What is the canopy temperature? No clue
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) Daytime 76 to 81 deg fer Nighttime 68 deg fer pretty consistently
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) not sure cfm but air flow it very good
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? Indirectly
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? Moist. I try to wait to water when they feel light and when the top begins to feel dry
Is your water HARD or SOFT? On the hard side with a ph of 7.4 after sitting for 24 hours
What water are you using? Tap after sitting 24 hrs
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? A light spray of Serenade on 3/5
Are plant's infected with pest's? No (Never were using the Serenade was a preventative measure.) I used a very light spray.

These pics are from today.

These are from 4 days ago.

You should move this to the Infirmary section and hope thet MyNameStitch sees it. She's the one best suited to help.

Sog is Sea of Green. Scrog is Screen of Green. Both are forms of LST, Low Stress Training. The idea of all three is to create an even canopy so that all buds are equidistant to the light.

TDS is Total Disolved Solids. PPM is Parts Per Million. EC is Electrical Conductivity. All three refer to the strength of your nutrient solution. Most prefer to use EC as TDS and PPM are EC times some other number(s) that no one agrees on. EC is EC. It's Popeye. It am what it am and that's all that it am.

How long have you been in flowering? They don't look all that bad to me and it's not unusual for plants at the end of their life cycle to start leaching nutes from the leaves. But, DON'T take my word for it. Again, head to the Infirmary and hope for Stitch.

Thank you for answering the questions that most people have been laughing to themselves on....
I have it placed on the Infirmay as well. I was hoping for Stich HeadyPete or anyone that knows more then I. I did get some info over there but I thought I would try over here. My biggest question is how to maintain my soil ph? i have read about ph up and down products. Are these added to plain water when not feeding to adjust PH?

sorry (edit)......... i am in the middle of the 5th week of flowering

not many people are going to be laughing ... we were all newbies once. the small pots arent really an issue; all they will do is limit the size of the plant somewhat. as for your fan leaf problem, i will leave that diagnosis to more experienced growers. i will say, however, that you shouldn't try to do TOO much. keep your ph within an acceptable range and the plant will do it's best to stay alive and produce flowers.

Thanks for clearing up more of my questions. I guess thats all part of being a newbee. Im worried that either i will do too much or not enough. I am still trying to learn the correct feeding sched. before i was over feeding and they were pretty dark green. Now i feel like i am underfeeding and now there is a lack of nutes.

Lack of nutes is my guess. they still have to much time to yellow like this judging from your pics.
N def. will start out on the bottom, but when the plant goes through N def. late in bloom it tends to show up very much like your photo's. it hits all over. at least thats always been my exper.
moving this in the other forum as mentioned would help for sure.
good luck

That's why an EC/PPM/TDS meter of some sort is handy. If EC climbs while pH drops, your nute solution is too rich. If EC drops while pH climbs, your solution is too lean.

How to use pH Up or Down in soil, I'll leave to the actual soil growers. My only dirt grows were outside where all I did was water with the hose.
