My plants are at 4 weeks at 12/12 cycle, most already have a small buds while others are only a few hairs, I want to ask is this normal? already began to worry? Please help me.Is this normal?

Hello,guys this the pictures from today.The time from wheh I swich to 12/12 is 4 weeks +2 days.What do you thing,should I be worried or everything will be OK

so you are saying you are on day 30. i noticed from some of the pics that you have posted you cut most of the fan leaves off. what made you do this. i see that you tied the branches down so that the light got down to the lower branches that is all i would of done. especially being new to growing. start out slow when you get the knowledge down then try something different. just a thought.
