I have this plant from seed that is Original Glue#4 crossed with Querkle. My friend gave me the seeds and this one is in week 6. Buds are looking good and the plant overall looks to be thriving except for the red petioles and this slight chlorosis and purpling of the leaf. Its straight and flat like a normal healthy leaf. I'm trying to learn to catch and remedy any problems earlier so that I can maximize my plants potential. I have atrached pictures of the leaf - there are about 9 of them that are showing this kind of coloring. Advice/ comments? Please help.

***Hi everyone! I am harvesting the plant tonight abd here's how she looks now!***

Need more info.....what medium the plant`s in .....what environment is it in.....what size light it`s under......but....

At 6 weeks flower , early onset chlorophyll degradation usually means genetics showing up , as in the purple from the Urkle end of the polyhybrid....especially if all things being equal the plant`s healthy ....

Lower temps to extreme light exposure can cause the inherent anthocyanin to start showing up as purples , reds , and contrasts therof a few weeks before end of cycle so.....

Many variables to consider , but all in all , the leaf looks healthy and starting to develop natural plant senescence and turn those fall colors before chop....

Looks to be an early finisher in the 9 week area IME.....anyways.....

Keep us updated and....

Peace.....DHF....:ying:.....

Maybe she started natural to fading... its a 6th week and by leaf i will say you have
3-4 weeks maximum to finish and usually plants in that time know to exchange
colour of leaf clorophile.

It looks like fading..

Thanks for the replies and here is an update!

 Plant is doing fantastic btw! I was worrying about nothing. Dog Star - you were right. Natural fade. Buds started blowing up and I guess they are just drawing some nutes out from the oldest/ largest fan leaves. Here's a couple pics! This is literally my fist time ever doing coco and I'm excited about it even if I do worry a little too much.

Very nice for first time in coco GrnEyes...

its normal to worry as even true experienced growers can destroy their crop
with bad decisions in different phases of plant growth..

enjoy thru harvest time,kind regards

I get excited when I see those lowers yellow off as the plant pushes as hard as it can go. If the plant cannabises its self toward the end of flower, the smoke is always smoother and burns more white ash. Often plants with green leaves at the end wont taste as good and burns blacker in the ash.
