Love the walls, did the white side towards my grow, the silver side gets tore ez, n is a huge oita ass to clean, so white side it is. I did studs, r tech, gap foam, plastic with liq nail, the reg insulation rolls. 98% air tight. Did it to keeps dust bugs n disease out, plus helps me keep air in and out where i want not thru leak. Had to make sure fresh air in crosses the whole way across the room n not leaking by the filter from the cracks n the build..

Going to do about the same thing, with 2x4x16 walls, I was going to go 2x6x16 but the weight and expense were not needed so... I will running the silver side out for added r value. I'm will be covering the first course of insulation panels with some 1/2 hardi backer 4x8' sheets I have laying around, then bag the entire room in panda film held to the insulation panels with roofing felt cap nails. That's my ever changing plan anyways
