Plead Guilty to a 1-20

So i made my way to court this morning. 9 AM style, was pretty rough. i was totally fucked up outta my head even though i told myself i would go sober. had about 2-3 hours sleep drunker than shit and took three shots before i left, not to mention the couple rips i took - an attempt to even myself out.

sitting at the stand as the judge blabbed on, i hadnt a clue what he said for the most part but i do recall him asking if i was under the influence of drugs or alcohol..

you guys will never in a million fucking years believe this but i'll tell you anyway

im being sentenced on April 20th. WTF!!!

me and my attorney had a bit of a chuckle about it after i brought it up after court.. but at the same time it wasnt to be taken too lightly. i need to check in to a treatment center before hand to try'n ensure not doing too much time.





heres where im at tho. probation is a possibility, and even some jailtime to be added with it is also to be expected, but i could do NO time - it depends.
im guessing at least 30 days if not six months but what do i know.

if i do prison time i got the whole half time working on my side.
say i get 2 years, i do one year total via good time and im out.
its sounds kinda crazy to say but i think i'd rather do 1-2 years prison tham 5 years probation.
probation can carry county time as well

its not like i gotta choice and as bad as prison sounds i think i'd take that over probation..

Yep, Id take jail over probation anyday......Probation is pretty much like jail in a way anyways.........Ya still can't do what ya want, when ya want.........So mite as well get it all over and done as soon as possible.

cops knocked down my door, 20 plants (fuck they were over ready mind you, i was gonna harvest 2 days before but was waiting for the weekend) 2 lbs dry, 20 or so OC's and some cocaine that was sprung up on me in court - cops apparently found residue on the bottom of a can

How old are you? 18? If so, ok, now you've had your fun, stop going to court dates fucked up, stop having anything other then bud in your house.

If your older then 21 you really need to get a hold of yourself unless the thought of chillin in jail appeals to you.

What many of you are not understanding is when you are released from prison for drug charges its not like you are just free to go. You must still go through parole or probation. I'd take probation over prison/parole any day.

5 years of probation may seem long, but atleast you are free to work and almost do whatever you want. Prison they tell you how to spend your time.

Usually cultivation, possession with intent to deliver and possession of harder drugs will most likely be a prison sentence. Also doesn't look good if you went to court under the influence. He or she is a judge after all and is judging your behavior.

Best advice I can give you is clean up your act, get a job or take some higher education courses, complete the drug rehabilitation that is required and pray that in the end it'll look good enough for the judge to think you have already started turning around your life and may give you a second chance by commuting all prison sentences for a lengthy probation.



My friend got busted for Delivery of a controlled substance (10 grams of weed) to someone who was working with an undercover cop. He did not cooperate such as also becoming a snitch, but cleaned up his act and got a good lawyer. The judged ended up giving him 3 years probation and demanded he go to a drug abuse center. He had to keep a job or go to college, visited the probation officer every 6 weeks and was piss tested many many times.


Simply put, the name of the game here is appearance. Hide your pride and machoism for bit, think about the outcome and act your ass off. Appear as good of a rehabilitated citizen as possible. It doesn't matter what you think the world should be, but rather what the judge thinks. Play him on that and appear to be the person he wants you to be. Bring up regret and how you want to be a better more productive person to society. or.... just keep acting like you don't give a shit and come in next time hung over or high again and you'll get that prison sentence you seem to prefer.

just to be cleear yes i was fucked up in court, and no im almost 100% the judge didnt realise. its protocall for them to ask if your under the influence.
dude asked my age - im 25 and yes i am in dire need to get my shit straight but thats besides the point.
