Plants droop when c02 is turned on

It hurts to say this. I feel ridiculously stupid, but the regulator on my LP tank was leaking just slightly! The overkill huge scrubber may have been concealing the smell, I don't know. But it wasn't co2 that was killing my plants, it was propane :wallbash:

Tightened the reg, set controller to 500ppm and they're lovin it. Going to slowly raise over the next week. Thanks for the help and learn from this mistake.

Thanks for getting back to us on what the problem was, i knew it wasn't the co2 unless it was helping spike your temps.

My plants have never shown any shock to getting co2.

I am now having success using co2. When i raised my temp to 83 degrees and my co2 ppm to 1300, my plants took off. So when using elevated co2, raise your temp.

I know that this thread is fairly old but I just stumbled across it due to the fact that after using CO2 enrichment for 15 minutes on my vegging girls, all 12 of them fell over as if they were completely limp. The co2 was then cut off and they started to stand back up after a few hours but I left it off due to the fact that I was leaving town for a few days and have my brother house sitting and babysitting the girls and he doesn't know much besides what I have told him. Is this something that is supposed to happen, or does it sound like the girls got too much of the good stuff? If was on low coming from above the light for about 15 mins, maybe next time I will shoot for even lower and then gradually increase as mentioned in this forum but just wanted to get all the expert input and / or suggestions! Thank you very much, new to the site and recently getting back into growing again. Had a few successful hydro harvests in the past but I have a new setup now and I'm ready to be successful with the setup as it has been a hefty investment on my end. Just wanted to say hi and see how everyone's thoughts are! Thanks a lot guys!

Were they all well watered? Environmentals (rh/temp)? CO2 ppm?
