Plants at 6 weeks flower reverting to veg (light poisoning):

Hey everyone,

I have some plants in flower at about 6 weeks and I believe I have a few plants that are starting to reveg. My timer got bumped and has been coming on at night for i dont know how long. Right now there mostly just leaves growing out the top of the buds.

Is there anything that I can do at this ponit? Will they start flowering now that I got the issue fixed? I pulled two of them, but there are two that I really dont want to pull yet.

From what I have seen, if your plant returns to veg. growth after flowering (re-veg) it will turn into a many headed monster (hydra, perhaps?). I had some sad sticks in the ground (from seed) late last summer. Two started budding and were brought in under 200w cfl, 18/6. They grew out like bushes thanks to topping, LST, scrog...a combo.

Does that mean they will be ok and grow bigger buds once they start to revert back into flower?


Anyone know how long it will take for them to revert back normally?

Most likely they'll be just fine. I wouldn't say that the buds will be "bigger", just that with all the new veg. growth there will be more bud sites (or you could turn her into a Mother and take many clones). Peace.
