Plans for disposing of plants in Emergency

Well back to the topic at hand.

I would think that throwing everything in a bathtub with a bunch of lye would get rid of a whole lot of plants pretty quick, but more importantly with NOTHING left for the po po to use as evidince.

That being said lye is some really nasty stuff, very good ventilation, eye and skin protection, and lots of vinegar in case of an emergency is a must at the very least. Also for less drastic situations I believe any drain declogger would have a similar effect as they commonly contain lye as well however in a much more stable solution.

Also I have never actually used this method, so before screwing around with any nasty chemicals please do your homework.

Anyone know if its safe to have a Lye/Water solution in plastic?

I'm thinkin in an emergency, partially drain the rez, refill with powdered lye which btw can be bought online or at many local chemical stores as its commonly used in soapmaking. Then throw all plant matter in and stir vigorously.

Be sure to take proper precautions as it will burn skin, it's also extremely toxic to inhale gases of.

I do not think he did, he did the right thing. He shut down the rooms, no cops came, so he reopened them, nobody got nicked, everybody is safe. He does not have a problem with the size of his bollocks, but does have a good mind and did things just right. I have shut down growroms before a plant ever entered just on security grounds, it may have something to do with my not being caught, or even close, for over 16 years growing,

I'm not sure how pouring it down the pipes would work, guess it depends on just how acidic a solution you intend on using. Wouldn't be good to "melt" all your sewage piping in the house. That said, if it was in a goo format I don't think there is much they can do to prove you put a buncha marijuana plants in there.

Maybe turn it all to goo then pour it down the sewer clean out to combine everyones ideas

Then just for fun we can burn the house down just kidding.

I was just thinking about how you could loose all the evidence and avoid a conviction if the door comes in.... I guess it would be easiest for clones, they could be very quickly blended into an unrecognisable mush instead of an additional 50 rooted clones to add to the charge sheet.

Using acid may give LEO problems, rather quickly the plant material may turn into something you cannot be prosecuted for ? Does anybody know anything about this ?

For a UK grower it might just be the difference between going to prison or not, for a US grower, the difference between never leaving prison or not.

its like a special olympics marathon in this thread.... and " the leader" takes the lead.....anyway AS PER THE TOPIC. No matter what you have and no matter what it appears to be they need a qualified expert to prove that it is actualy drugs which is usaly a trained cop who is backed up by an expert analysis, usualy lab reports on the substance which they test at any number of nationa DOJ labratories....so if the lye kills the THC or makes it untestable you may be ok...who knows,either way you need a good attorney to even get to this point and there is a specfic hearing that he has to request to determine that the cops is an expert that what they found is what they say it is etc etc etc..... so your first and best line of defense is an attorney on retainer.... as far as burning down the house i bet its a whole lot easier to prove that! I am so glad that you guys made up! For a couple of guys who have been on these boards for less than a year - you sure have a lot to say. Maybe you could learn a little more by just listening for a change? I am not a lurker - I just wait till I have something which I believe might help the cause, or maybe help another grower - before I open my mouth (or keyboard). 999 posts since Aug '07, 544 posts since Dec. '07, come on people - spend more time growing - less time on the 'net.
I have been here a long time - seen many come & go. The ones that have been here the longest stick to growing and posting about growing & all related issues. Internet mud-slinging helps no one and could possibly hurt us all.
