PK mum over watering?

Hi guys,

This is one of my 3 x PK Mums, She lost a limb about 3 weeks ago, noticed some yellowing in the lower section of the girl.
Now 3/4 of her is dying off.... I have had her in light 5pm - 11am.
Its been averaging 24-28 degrees Celsius.

Nutrients are:
The Plantastic Grow A&B;
FU 63 Root Repair;
Defuse Conditioner;

Watered for 3 minutes at;
7pm/10pm/12MN/2am/6am/10am

I have reduced watering to:
7pm/10pm/12MN/2am/6am/10am

the 2 newer PK mums, are fine. It is the older one that is being affected.

Any advice/thoughts would be much appreciated.

Forgot to mention that the Mums have scale as well, I have added Vaseline to the steam and have been spraying with a preventative twice a week.

She is now gone. I am going to replace the old PK mum with a new Fem SS that is showing great cloning potential.
