What are your views on Pipe smoking V's Joints???.
I know we've got a lot of Joint fans in here!!

Ive been a pipe smoker for the last 15 years, but every now and again i build myself a joint, pure naturally the first few tokes are real nice but after it gets past half way its just way too harsh for me to really enjoy it without coughing my lungs out!!
I just like the pipe cause you get a better taste of the weed you've been curing for the last few months..(just my opinion tho!!)




a pipe is great if you have a bit o bubble on a little bed of green

i just know u lov yr herb, the pipe taste is much mor intense, i was really suprized how much dif it was from joints and bongs.

I smoke a small glass pipe, mostly to conserve weed.

I started smokin' joints first - but I did have a wicked waterpipe/hookah in my late teens.

I find I get just as high from bowl, and it uses less pot.

i actually preffer joints over everything...

but i feel like i smoke 3 times as much when i roll a joint... and right now im getting close to running out of weed for the first time in over a year... and my current grow wont be ready for another 2 months... so lately ive been strictly using my glass pipe

GAS MASK! Oh, that brings back a baddddddddd memory. Only smoked out of a gas mask once. It was at a party, I was in the kitchen, folks passin around a device they called a gas mask...looked just like the old ones from WWII, except at the end of the 18" hose there was a bowl instead of the filter thing.

I took what I thought was a decent hit, it turned out to be the hit from Hell. I sucked in so much smoke that when I started to feel the expansion start it was too late. One second later I coughed so hard that I hacked up what appeared to be the jelly-like lining of my lungs. A huge lung cookie that hit the floor with a loud "THWAP" and slowly spread out into a pancake. It looked so gross that I puked right on top of it. Cleared that kitchen quick...thankfully they had a linoleum floor.

Never again. Never.

Hahahaha, my friend puked from the gasmask too. He cherried up the bowl, coughed from his first hit, went to take a gasp of fresh air and ended up rippin the bong again cus the bowl was cherried. That was the end for him haha. Seeing him open his eyes in panic while wearing that Gas Mask was so funny.




I prefer a nice pipe hit when i really want to get the flavor out of my weed. Almost every first toke i try with a new weed i make sure its outta a pipe.
I love joints, i love handcrafting them, tokin em, and having nothing in your way when you are done, i also just like the feel of a joint session.

i think it depends on the weed cause the last stuff i smoked (some semi shwag) sucked in a bong but was pretty nice in a joint. and i usually like bong rips. i think a joint is for after a long day of work and bong is for parties and a pipe is for a lazy sunday (ive got a long glass piece about a foot and a half long, me and my friends call it gandoulf cause it looks like the one he smokes in lord of the rings but made out of glass).

Depends, but usually a pipe over a joint. I prefer a joint while talking a walk through the woods, fishing on the river, or in a bigger group setting then 3-4 people. Also there is something def. old school about joints, so I have to skin one up every once an a while.

With that said, I usually use a pipe because I can more closely gauge how much I smoke, and I only like taking green hits anyways be it out of a bong or a pipe. Also I prefer to smoke hash, so I usually go for a nice clean pipe.

I almost exclusively smoke joints, but that doesn't mean I haven't tried alot of wierd and wonderful smoking objects. Gas mask is certainly a laugh, but reserved more for special occasions.
Recently I have been thinking about investing in a pipe, and now I am going to be moving into my own place, I wil almost certainly invest in a few bits of glassware to mix it up a little.

Back to the original point though: Nothin better than joints, a cold tin, your mates and a bbq!

your right a joint is great for outdoor parties where u dont want to be passing around glass. but for kickbacks on the couch or for the circle nothing is better than a nice 2 foot bong.

I agree, bongs are better at social occasions, they seem to pick me up more cerebal than joints do, better for the old yada yada...

In my experience, weed can sometimes affect the way you perform, or in the case of a gaskmask, walk. I would say that because of the nature of the high, which is more cerebal, it would be better for fucking. My answer is Yes.
Having said that, if you smoke too much then the only thing you will trying to mount is the fridge.
