Went out and watered again this weekend with 100 gallons, and then it got really windy monday. Checked on the plants and they were mostly good, just a few leaning. So just used the palm of my hand again to firm the soil on the back side and trained them by pulling up and in the desired direction and it worked, even in heavy flower season! Plants have a good root system going this year!
Got really cold this week, dipped down to around 40 every night. Next week is likely frost I think, so I bought a couple cases of jars today, and we are on standby. Hoping to let them go until the 14th, but I think next weekend it will be time, with the cold weather coming in. If they don't mold, I can let them stay out and ripen as the weather warms back up mid month. We will have to see. They are really thick, the buds won't freeze.
Smoke tests have shown the plants are pretty ripe already, potency is there.
How about a couple shots. Going to water this weekend, keep a good thing going! What do you think?
