Used to stash my seedy weed above the ceiling tiles at my parents house. The mice loved that idea and de-seeded the weed for me, leaving the rest scattered in the dust. Did not occur to me that there was an alcohol/cop/taser option that would have helped at that point.

he is dead now he don't care^^^^ I used to let him have the extras when I seeded a plant..he got his cut of the seeds,,he also would pick out stems and chew on em..I miss that little guy ..always happy and singing and chirping

Yeah, I think the key if your using an animal or a bird to de-seed weed would be a bowl or tray like what your bird used.
