Not cannabis but another useful plant, this is my Pure Landrace Afghani Opium Poppy. Don't ask how I got them,, wasn't easy. The reason I put them here is the fact that they seem to Autoflower. All of these plant seem to flower 55-60days after planting,, most Opium Poppies are the oppisite of cannabis, flowering in 18+ hours of light and stay in veg with less then 14 hours of light. I have had these poppies flower at the end of Oct. and in Dec in my window. Normally this would cause the poppy to stay in VEG until long light hours are pressent. I will do a test run of them indoors under 12/12 now,, if they flower in that then they have to be AutoFlowering Poppies! I will be one happy camper 
Just blooming today,, flowers stay for 24-48 hours before the pedals fall off,, i usally hang out with them when they are blooming or I miss out on the eye candy of flowers. what do you think of the color?

Seriously tho, I experienced O before weed, so... nah,, weed is just better and no where near as hard as O.

i tried turkish, and tazzys..from 7 mature plants i only got a little ball of dried opium..id say like a half gram. maybe i screwed up with the razor..anyways as i chased the dragon i layed down on the carpet in the middle of the living room completely content with doing nothing..i came to and realized O is not for me. fun to grow IMO. really fun to grow actually. but in the long run id rather grow MJ. difference being i can function. a pet monkey isnt fun...
oh and i found the opium to taste very similar to those "popeye" candy cigarettes? almost identicle. btw around here there is talk of banning them and some stores no longer carry them. im serious. i bought a few packs and plan to keep em..until its illegal to smoke cigs in your own house lol. then i'll buy a few packs of smokes hahaha

ICC- I have planted My Papaver Somiferum in july with the daylight hours being long (British Columbia)& finish in sept oct-I dont know if this helps- i am going to replant some poppy's again this weekend.aperntly its best to sow poppys in the fall & let them come up in spring? although i have planted them in the early/late spring& early/late summer with good results. nice frosty nugs on the mixed auto flwrs-

if you planted them on July first and they flowered in Sept-Oct. that would be 90 -120 days,, these flower in 55-60 days no mater what ,, but there is a 1 % of the population that go longer , around the 70-80 day mark. I will do an indoor 12/12 test ,, if they flower in that at 55-60 days then I will have my answer.
yes exactly on the plant late fall the yr before and they will come up in the spring and get big and flower in the early summer. As the keep in VEG during the winter daylight hours ,, these plants wont do that. they flower in DEC in my window in my shop,, they only get sunlight,, no other lights ever on during the night where they are located. And up here we only get light from 7 to 5 in Dec so 10 hours and they still flower.

here is a new flower today ,, this is my 2nd yr with these outdoors. but first time this type of flower has shown up ,, most are like the pic above, this one has purple,white and then RED. this color and combination hasnt been seed yet.,, OH and they cut fringded pedals too.

well actually it depends on the strain,, there is a faint brown/dark green line that shows up around the base of the pod right above where the petals connected... When this line shows up it is time to start milking. Some strains take 1 week , some up to 3 or more weeks. The plant tells you when it is time.
