Yes it is grandaddypurple, I remember those pics from when I first got here. One of them actually won the POTM I believe, either that or it was nominated, cant remember for sure. Anyways nice pics.

sorry hoyt, I didn't mean to be an asshole... I should have explained better ( about lighting and such) also I just looked at the pic in a different monitor and I guess my main monitor is really dark so I couldn't see, now I do and its not that bad. Again sorry for brining the negitivity to the potm.

Admiralcornport he put up not such a good pic of the plant. Theres better ones in his gallery and you see the double gum is only 1 foot tall but wider then a 2 litre bottle :O

I just really love the POTM, I think its a great part of the site and I aim to make it as outstanding as possible. I think that these amazing growers deserve the recognition from thier peers, and it also gives other growers something to strive for. Thanks very much for the kind words :D Take care everyone, and best of luck to all the nominees
