Pheno hunting new hybrids and a few classics

Thanks for the advice Catalunya. Ive been using water and a light mix of organic insecticide that needs only a few days pre harvest interval. That, in combination with changing temps/ humidity has gotten me to a point where it is very difficult to find any live ones

Fix the pH swings with some buffering normal limestone (calcium carbonate) or
dolomitic limestone (calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate). If the pH
swings all over the place. Deficiencies will happen no matter what.

I prefer my pH to be in the 6.2 - 6.5 range.

mix up a spray bomb of H202 and water and add the following

1liter water
15ml of concentrate H202 (35%)
20ml alcohol ( we use the old school standard version of Listerine)
2ml of detergent or wetting agent.

mix well and spray the plants down.
We used to use this spray weekly and were spidermite/thrip ect free for years.
I've been using bug b gone to deal with a minor thrip encroachment but am going back to my bug frizz recipe. Well not mine, it can be found on page 93 of "how to supercharge your garden" by Graham Reindeers.
The H202 spray is the ONLY bug spray i'll use during all weeks of flowering

as for the deficiencies, the plants look very near harvest. I'd flush them to get 20% run off and check with PH and TDS meters.
If the PH is way low and locking out nutes, flush till PH of run off is at very least 6.5 to 7. I'd just keep flushing like that right to the end.

This is my mpck, panama, and malawi all pretty close to the finish line, with malawi being the first done.Im really hoping my malawi is a lil stronger than the description for the fruity pheno. I was hoping for something overpowering.

OTOH the malawipck has already far exceeded any expectations already and i havnt even tried it yet.
Nice buds on all your plants bandit, I dont think you will be unimpressed with any of them.
Just make sure you give them a long cure. Please post some dry bud shots when you have them. Respect.

I guess i might not have mentioned that all but 3 plants are in a shared flood and drain table.. not exactly optimal but its working. The others are in batch 64 coco mix.
Been experimenting a little to see where i want to go next.

A question for anyone lurking around the ace forums:
We have a golden tiger and an OE male picked out, but what to cross them to?
Females- mpck, red and green panama phenos, a 10 wk malawi, panama x malawi, oe x nepj, oe
Mainly looking for crosses thatll finish outdoors at 41n. Maybe gt x malawi or green panama...or OE x 10 wk malawi, thatd be a yeilder I bet
Everyone has an opinion, so lets hear em!!

Hi Bandit. My money would be on GT x green Panama I love the high of both the children have to be awesome.

Waiting for the males to mature a bit before pollen can be collected. Green panama x gt it is then.In the meantime, malawi and what i call my red panama will hopefully get the chop tomorow.
Red pheno
Very vigerous during veg, but seemed to run out of steam in flower. Average- low yeild could be my fault, Ive had my share of problems this run

Well heres pics of my malawi and her lil mini-me grown in coco. She was cut today..will post some dry shots soon. Theres one more clone from this mom running in hydro right now thats a week or two behind.

Very interested to see what if any differences can be noticed between the moms grown in coco mix, and their clones.
Panama x new malawi is the stickiest plant ive come across yet save for maybe the malawiPCK.

First two pics are the same red panama shown above, maybe a few more days for this one

Second two are the panama x new malawi, this will be the last to finish. Looks like maybe 2-3 weeks more

First two pics are malawi in hydro ready for the big chop
Last pic is the mal x pan
My other half smelled this one and imediately described it as very rude and foul, but strangly enjoyable. Woody/oily with lemon astringent overtone.
This one is special dubi!
Standing out in a room full of winners is no easy task

Thanks for tuning in tangwena

Really impressive work bandit, so happy to see you get such an impressive harvest

Also can't wait to read the smoke report, i have run pan and mal, and now have mal x pan sitting in the fridge :)

Happy harvesting

I've actually just been running all my strains on a shared res. Ive kept feedings between 1.3-1.7 ec and seems to be working well enough.
I can say that frost, density, and overall growth was much better in hydro than coco.

On another note, i selected some things to run outdoor this year-
Mpck
Mal x kc
Kc fem
pan x banghi haze

It should be quite the show!
