Yes all those above mentioned acids will work but...

Just use apple cider vinegar and quit screwing with the really caustic acids.

A teaspoon of vinegar with change a gallon of solution a whole point dependng on how alkeline it was initally. And its safe to store. You can get it at any grocery store for a few bucks a gallon-last you a very long time.
No health hazards.

A PH meter

You can pick up a decent starter level Hanah meter off Ebay for around $30.

i have a voltcraft ph meter,
its bout 50$ in my country...but it comes with the 7.0 ph solution and a soaking solution for the probe...

For a bubble cloner which is much like a hydro setup bottled water is the best, you need water that is low in the PPM department, ph won't matter much in the cloner with a pure water source.
You should keep clones in a bubbler under fluro's for no more than 18hrs a day, more will stress them. .02$
