Ph problem?

About the soil problem I had, I have made alot of different tries with normal tapwater and had the same result.

I have to tell important thing that only happend one time. I had soil only (no perlit and so on) and did water with normal tap water. The growth slowed down this symptom came, back then i added nutrient into the water even tho they where not much larger then the pics above and stange enoght one of the plant started to grow just like it should so i continued to water with nutrient. In the end i managed to kill it becouse my lamp fell down on it... I have never been able to replicate that sense then... 9 months ago.

It was only 2 months ago i stared to try things with RO water. Before that it was only tapwater (tested rainwater as well).

I did add add as the label stated, it did not say anything about half strenght so i went ahead with full strenght (the grow nutrient stated that i should have half strenght on small plants).

Nm these plants, today 4 new plant poped up in new rockwoolcubes that have been better prepared as you guys ahve instructed me to do (and some extre reading). I also have about 10 seeds on germenation in paper towel method that im gonna try on a new soilmix i have made.

Thanks for caring stitch!

WHat brands of soil were you using? if they were all rich in nutrients that IS a problem.
Even when you get soil without nutrients, that is also a problem, there has to be some nutrients that is balanced in the soil, if you buy cheap soil, you get what you pay for.
There has to be a middle median, some nutrients but not a lot and there can't be a lot.
Have you ever used a seed starter mixture?

All the other soil brands you used, was there something you added when you watered? PHed water or something?

I did add add as the label stated, it did not say anything about half strenght so i went ahead with full strenght (the grow nutrient stated that i should have half strenght on small plants).
Are you talking about now or in the past?
Either way you never listen to the directions on the bottle when it incurs feeding the plants, unless you are using canna's products, advanced nutrients and GH.

WHat soil mix have you made? Make sure it's not too rich for them or it will burn them.........
Something is causing them to have a zinc deficiency, the 2 most pronounced problems are high phosphorus levels and pH not being stable and use of RO water on seedlings when they are not in a growing medium with nutrients.

Have never seen any other way it gets locked out besides those.
