Ph problem maybe?(pics)

This is a few pics of a little plant im growing right now. When i went to storage i just happend to find a little bottle with seeds in it labled Hashplant.I know that it isnt a hashplant it looks way to sativy but anyways i have some problems. The leaves are lime-green then turn yellow eventually white then fall of with a tap from my hand.I'm thinking its ph problems.I have those capsule ph tests the rapitest one.I read the tap waters ph its around 6.5 i read the dirts ph its about 7.0 then i read the ph of the run off water and it is around 8.0 or more the test i have doesnt go up more than 7.5 or lower than 4.5.Ive been watering every three-four days.No nutes BUT the soil im using is mg organic.Im buying some FFOF and also getting some distilled water. Here are some pics so you guys/ladies might help me.

I forgot to say this has happend to me about a month ago with another plant i was using FFOF on that one and the same symptoms showed up on that one too.So thats why i think its this tap water im using.I left some out on a plate yesterday to dry up and it was all oily and stuff when it dried. The place i live must have some bad water.I hope distilled water will help with some flushing and nutes. The only grows ive done so far were outside and they were perfect no problems with anything besides bugs.I'll get the hang of it eventually.

Nope that's fert burn and if you add any more you will kill em for sure.

N def does yellow the lower leaves, but doesn't brown and curl the tip like that. The N def leaves just fade to yellow and die off.

You may have ph problems, but that OF soil is too hot to grow seedlings in!

Flush that plant with plain ph 6.8 adjusted water.

I thought I already posted on this plant. Did you have another thread going with this same issue?

NEEDS FERTS

NEEDS FERTS

Nope it needs ferts. After time they need to eat like people. See how they're all yellow to a light green, classic hunger. Some Npk and darker in no time.

My dude My dude, they're not curled up from a burn. They're curled up from drying out. Typically nute burn will affect the leaves that are the first priority to the plant i.e. the tips of top branches. You would also see the tips curl before burn. He said it haden't been feed. With 1,000+ posts you need to look and read more closely before speaking. Someone might listen to you.

I'll be interested in see what the problem is..

Woody, as a noob here you'd be well advised to have some respect and not TELL me to do anything, lest you bring into question my reading skills. He said no ferts but it is planted in MG organic. Do you know the numbers on that soil? There is fert in it. When you have a little more that 17 posts and can actually give real rep out, come talk to me. Many people have listened to me and are grateful for it. You need to spend some time here just reading, then maybe you'll have some cred.

If I made a mistake then kindly point it out, I don't need the lip, dude.
