You're totally right man, the question was to find an alternative to the normal GH pH down that costs a pretty penny for what it is. While I know a gallon of pH is a minimal cost to most growers, under my current situation and urgency, driving across the state to the hydro store is not an option.

very affordable ph adjusters on this website

http://www.hydro-gardens.com/fertcomp.htm

Phosphoric Acid 75% Tech. Grade
200 lb.plastic drum$235.00
700 lb.Drum......... $600.00

Dipotassium Phosphate ph up 50 lbs bag...........$124.95
Potassium Hydroxide ph up 100 lb steel drum.$130.00

also they sell fulvic acid which not only lowers ph but helps with absorbtion of nutrients. it's the magic ingredient in liquid karma type additives.
8% FULVIC ACID
Fulvic Acid, gallon $24.95

oh shit i smoked to much and turned into a salesman.

I must say that my experience inside and out.I have witnessed the difference between the size and potency of a garden consistently ph'd throughout the cycle, and one not.The difference is very noticeable.I use 12 different organic nutes, with a two part feeding schedule. Both the parts require a different ph.6.3 and 6.7.My results are insane.I am a firm believer in consistent ph levels.
