Things are going well. I am just finishing several indoor projects and preparing for the outdoor season.
Here is one of the projects. I'm working a Gambian Landrace to full autoflower.

Hiya Farmers,

Well I fed the girls a bit of NPK but did not do it quite right, ended up mixing 12-12-36 with 10-50-10. Still early for damages but they look okay.

A family pic then, a little zoom on the:
Runtz
Beaver cookies
Lemon Tree
Mac & Crack
Tropical Zmoothie

Cheers,
PF

Respect for doing that in a country like yours! Think i would be too afraid someone spying me out. Laws must be very harsh. 😬 Would you go to jail forever? ^^

Yeah! Sometimes I ask myself the same and then light a joint and say hmm even the spies would understand😂😂…not jail forever but first a huge fine and then jail time fir sure

Good morning Farmers!

Starting to be really sunny and that’s what the girls were craving for all this time in Winter😂😂😂

Well the 3 serious7 x Friesland BX are doing good, small but with dark green leaves (love the dark green color).

The 7 are doing well. I kinda freaked out about the fertilizer so i transplanted them in bigger pots and flushed them a bit. One (the Mac & crack) is in a big pot as it grows bigger than the others.

The bigger ladies are doing really good and are growing and producing leaves. I trained them and they are very round looking kinda like a cabbage lol.

Here is a scary view of the balcony and the babies.

Hola!

Well I have become Mom’s Chef and today for lunch the menu is as follow:

1) Salade verte with caramelized walnut with a tangerine vinegrette

2) Chicken breast à la Persian farmer with potatoes a la four. Chicken has been marinated in a sauce of tangerine wine, dijon mustard, white pepper, fresh estragon and green onions. The potatoes were sliced and put for 2 hours in cold water, salted, peppered and some tummeric.

Here is a pic before and will post cooked dish later😂🤣😉

Is Tarragon/estragon typical in Persian cuisine?

Would love to hear some authentic recipes or typical combination of herbs and spices that you cook and are in local delicious cuisine and some more recipes that you eat regularly.

It sounds and looks very nice.

Hiya Exotic!!!

No it is not typical at all… i just like fusion and improvisation
But for sure anytime we have a traditional dish will post it with great pleasure. I did post a Persian dish earlier, it was a Quince Stew with Saffron rice😉
Really appreciate you love food, as my father would always say, Love goes through the belly😂😂

where's that? i must've missed it.

Is quince like marrow when cooked? In the uk we make quince cheese which is like a fruit leather but more a paste to go with goat cheeses and cured meats.

A few lines back. That sounds delicious. Here we put it in food and make jam. The seeds of Quince are amazing for coughs, if you put like 10 in a bit of hot water and let it cool over night, it will become gelatinous.

Anyways if you are interested i can send you the recipe . I would say consistency wise it is like a well boiled potato, and taste wise close to a cooked apple

Do you leave the girls on the balcony? Are you worried with the increasing light hours, they will want to reveg?

My brother GG,

The ones in flower are given 12 hours of darkness in the guest bathroom.

A few I am trying to reveg and the rest I bring them in my room close to me at night

How are you doing? How is the gardening, edibles and smokables 😂😂😂? How is your dog and the hikings?

I figured you must be doing light Dep.

All good here, my friend. More snow today, but they tell me Spring has started.
Have you ever seen wild cannabis while out hiking? I found an interesting paper regarding Iranian cannabis.

THC and CBD Fingerprinting of an Elite Cannabis Collection from Iran:

GG!!! You are amazing buddy! Good to hear you are well.

Maybe because of you I will be able to realize my dream…having a medical marijuana farm!
A few friends of mine did mention that one can farm CBD strains and now I am pretty convinced. Now I need connections and bribery🤣🤣🤣🤣
I saw that there was an institute of Cannabis in Iran! WTF!!!😂😂😂😂😍
Will try to get in touch and see what are the requirements to farm medically on CBD strains.

As a matter of fact about 15 years ago I spotted a wild cannabis where I go hiking. It was a monster of 6m tall and was a male…But we really have interesting cannabis here which is still quite unknown and which I would love to bring on the table one day and expose them internationalky
