Be aware that that dosage is the one you should take as maximum, not recomended. Its put there to treat deficiencies. So to use it at every watering, as supplement, dilute it more.
Btw, your plants still look good for the fact that you dose your nutes by the tsp. Using an EC meter or TDS meter would take a lot of the guesswork away. But I guess you could also watch plants closely and try to corect it this way, it seems to work for you. Just feed less N next grow, switch to flower nutes faster, and I bet you'll have faster and better yeld.

OK,
I kinda did dilute it in that I'm about half way between Drain To Wasted and Recirculation requirements...
(I really don't know what my planter is. Lol)

EDIT: "Drain To Wasted" was a typo, but it's kinda funny, and true, so I'll leave it. Lol

I dose by volume because my TDS meter was a piece of crap.
I would test a solution and get 1200 PPM, then test the same solution 5 minutes later and get 2400 PPM.
So I stopped using the meter and just used the teaspoons.

My new meter reads around 750 PPM which sounds about right, because its not just the Maxibloom/Maxigro in my solution, it's the calmag, KoolBloom, and Potassium Silicate as well.
The website does say to use less Maxibloom/Maxigro if you are adding more to the solution.

I'm not quite used to using my new TDS/ EC meter yet.

I'm used to seeing PPM and maybe I should get used to the EC units of measurement?

I'll do that.
Maybe next grow, I'll start with the Calimagic because of the lower N, then switch to the SensiCal when the plant is bigger and the extra stuff shouldn't matter as much?

Not sure if it's from the pics or not, but your plant looks a bit too green in some pics, almost blueish green, so I think you are feeding too much N.

I was kinda liking the dark green color because it's the opposite of the pale yellow or brown of previous plants that were having a hard time.

I was figuring, the darker the better...
Maybe not. Lol

My plant drank a full 2 liters in 24 hours, so she is really thirsty.
(This was 8am this morning...)

The dried up cotyledon is still hanging on the stalk...

I've got a new lucky plant growing in my planter.

It took long enough to show up, but I'm glad it finally joined the party. Lol

I've decided what I'm going to do.

In an effort to keep things simple, I will use my 1/8th tsp,.. and measure out 3 scoops of Maxibloom, 1 "scoop" of KoolBloom, 1 scoop of Epsom Salts, 1/2 tsp of Potassium Silicate solution, and 1/2 tsp of Sensi-Cal,... all into just over 2 liters of a 50/50 mix of tap and RO water.

That way, I get my ratios better, and it's quite simple to do, even in I Drain until I'm Wasted. Lol

I'd add about 1/16 tsp, so half that, per liter. Maybe try that new tds meter to check, also? You would want like 50-100 ppm mgso4 in there to treat defs.

I make 2 liters at a time, so a 1/8th tsp should be right.

I can check the PPM before and after adding the epsom salts.

Do I have a deficiency or an imbalance?

I've got magnesium in my Maxibloom and in my Sensi-Cal.

I found this,.. it's apparently the ingredients.
It's from a grow diary.
It may even be my grow diary?

I know I've posted it before but it's lost in my thread and I no longer have it on my phone.

And this is the Magnesium in my Maxibloom...

You just need a bit more, probably from the intense leds. Could also be from PH, but add it for a few waterings and it should corect the def.

P can present as a dark green with a blue tint. Thinner more elongated growth than desired. It's about now that P demand is increasing. I think it's been linked to thinning towards the leaf tip, but I can't find anything to back that up right now.

Either excess N or low P will be fixed with the switch to bloom. I don't see the Mg issue though?

They are over fed which might be due to cold conditions. That downward cupping, with slight claw often seen as N excess. High N effects K, but K use isn't high yet. So any excess N problems won't yet of caused any real losses.

I'm a little concerned with the high feed signs, and thoughts towards more Mg. You seem to be heading for 80ppm from it, which is a lot of sulphates. Many a guide advises against so much of your Mg requirement coming from epsom. You need to see what Mg you have from other sources then think about how to get your 50-70ppm. You seem on a course to pass 100ppm which is going to be detrimental.

Some times you have to try stuff even though it might not work.

My 🐈 slid off the table today and fell into the garbage can.
It was was pretty damn funny.

Mistakes are a good way to test the limits.

The damn contactor is acting up again.
It reversed itself.
Now I have to spin the plant again to get her to grow straight. Lol

I didn't want to spin the bucket, because I might lose track of my Lucky plant.
So I swapped the plugs and crossed the wires...

That aughta do it,.. unless I Hexed it??

We'll see what happens..

I will sober up in the meantime. lol

She grew 1 1/2" since yesterday morning.

She needed water again so I mixed up 1/2 tsp Maxibloom, 1/2 tsp SensiCal, 1/2 tsp Potassium Silicate, 1/8th tsp KoolBloom, and just to be sure, I through in a pinch of Epsom Salt.

I filled my container and it measures 2.5 liters, so it is watered down a bit.

I forgot to measure the TDS.
I'll try to remember to do that tomorrow.
