PBP Flower Help

Hey what's up to all the experienced growers keepin it real and helping the new guys out, thanks much once again.

So my situation as follows...I have 5 monster indie dom plants in 7 gallon pots (white widow is in 10 gallon pot), and a few clones that have been vegging for a couple weeks and are between 6 inches to foot and a half tall.

My question is, I'm about to turn down to 12/12, so how much Pure Blend Pro Bloom do I use? I read up growers constantly advising to use half strength on the bottle and then gauge the girls' reaction. When do I use Bloom? I water based off of how dry the top soil is. I don't overwater my plants definitely, and when I see a little wilt see them bounce back within an hour or so when they receive the water. I'm kind of confused on when to apply nutrients, since these pre-mix bags come with bat guano and other ferts in there..namely do I need to fertilize only a little bit, if at all?

Additionally, are there any supplements/additives that help with initial flowering phase, or would be the opposite of something like Overdrive or Hydroplex?

Also my mix for the soil is

3 parts Roots Organic
1 part Happy Frog
1 part premium washed coco

I water my girls with distilled with CaMag, drip clean every other watering, hygrozyme once a week, super thrive once a week and FF Grow Big when they look a little N hungry.

The temps in my room run about 78-80 degrees and humidity fluctuates between 40-70%
I run 1 600 HPS and 1 400 MH Eye Hortilux super blue, vertically in stadium fashion, with fans blowing on everything, carbon scrubber in to out, fresh air intake direct into the hut.

I wouldn't use PBP's recommended dose.. it's like 30 ml at some points IIRC.
Around 10ml/gallon is probably fine.
The roots soil seems to be good for about 2-3 weeks at most, so I'd start watching them around that time.
I'd get some pro-tekt (or silica blast if you prefer american agritech..) because the pH of those products is really low.
The higher the heat and the lower the humidity, the less you will feed.

I would run 50% of what the recommended doses are. Remember they are a company , and need to make revenue. They will formulate the shapes of the bottles and tell you to dump ml's so you can go the store and purchase more of their product!
