Thanks for post the DD pictures. I bet the behemonth is bigger than you.

How long do you usually let the DD go? I don't think the 60-70 day flowering time is realistic. At least not for the one I have.

Haven't finished it yet but I have one very sativa plant that looks like a 75 day girl. The rest seem to be 63-70 but definitely no later than 70 on 4 of the 5. The best plants out of the 5 I have encountered both look as if they will finish well before the others.

Keep in mind this is very scant experience were going off of here with only a 5 fem pack being grown out. I really wish I had popped a 10 just to see diversity.

What was the smell like? Yield etc? I've been looking for very fruity or orange strains lately and so far paradise is tearin it up for me

I grew spoetnik for my first indoor grow. It was a solid yielder, about 2 to 2 1/2 ounces per 3 gallon bucket. It was not very fruity, maybe a hint of sour grapes. I enjoyed it and would grow it again. Id like to try the paradise indica pack with the 3 different strains.

Here you go then. This is my Dutch Dragon (non-fem). It has been flowering 12-weeks (and isn't really close to being done). For the way I grow it is a pretty big plant (36" or 0.95m) and pretty heavy. It smells very fruity (C99ish).

Damn looks like there is a new paradise strain on the boutique called "Acid". They say it is their version of sour diesel.

Glad they did not name it 'sour diesel'. I really want to try it sounds great

The buds on the one I have actually aren't airy. They look like indica buds, they just take much longer to develop. I'll try to update with some pics in 3-4 weeks (?) when I chop her.

Looks killer 40amps as always! very nice. I was wondering if you stew or brew your guano teas or just bubble the water for 24 hrs mix and serve? I have given up on the liquids nutrients and was curious your routine. I have buddies who swear by the teas some enjoy brewing them more than their grow it seems. keep us posted on these ladies

Forgot about this thread guys sorry too much going on. None of my opium females kept that crazy smell they have in flower so I am going to keep popping the last 20 to see if I can find one that retains the smell post chop. If I come up empty handed I will find this thread againa lthough it will be a long time till I get to those beans.

The dutchdragon is a pheno hunt and also did not retain its smell although it has a very unique sweet skunky smell to it. I think both have a lot of potential but be prepared to run at least 10 girls.

Cac- I like to brew 36 hours and the only liquid ferts I have are Earth Juice Meta-k (use 1/3 way into flowering and half way for monster trichs), Cal-MAG, Foxfarm Big Bloom (I like to use this instead of teas in veg a couple of time and during flower can also serve as replacement if no time to brew as it is pretty much a premade tea), and molasses.

I swear by this stuff and all of it is pretty much organic. I personally hate chemical ferts as I find organic way more efficient in delivery and results.

Awesome thanks for the scoop on your regiment. Is the Cal-mag also earth juice? I have always been curious about EJ just stayed clear because its like a 10 part regiment but will have to check out the Meta-K. So you do heat up your tea little. I usually just add to my paint bucket with the bubbler on for a day or so but will try to add a little heat. I know guys who grow beds and are totally into the whole living teas...I will try a little heat then you use a heat wand? I agree big bloom by ff is the only product packaged by ff that is any good. I have tons of ff powders if any one wants free poison??haha. Thanks for your input 40amps I like your results in your tents and would like to try new ways..you still sold on the hydro hut or do you think the dr hold their weight?

I chopped my Dutch Dragon at 14-15 weeks. She yielded a 116g of tops and lots of popcorn and trim. Smell and smoke are mild and fruity. The buzz is up and very strong and uplifting.

That was dry enough to jar weight, but not cured weight. Humidity in the jars was in the mid 60s so it would have lost some weight curing properly, but I didn't bother to weight again.

My wife and I really like the DD that I harvested. As I noted the buzz is very uplifting. I can smoke DD all day long, stay motivated, and not need a nap. The downside is that it can make me anxious and slightly paranoid, especially if I haven't been smoking much. It is also not the plant to smoke when you want to go to sleep.

The other obvious downsides to DD are the stretch (very much) and the long flowering time (mine went over 15 weeks).

Yes a paradise thread! I'm running the grape opium pheno and a wappa mom right now.... I was running Crimea blue by barneys and buku by Thseeds but scrapped em both cuz they just didn't compare to paradises gear.... Currently working on a sativa spirit mom by paradise and its looking like I'll have about 5 ladies to work with.....anybody have any experience with this one? I can't seem to find a whole lot of info about it....

I had a sativa spirit grow of the m/f version that was lookin awesome but had to cut down at day 42.

I went through 15~ opiums and not a single grape smell. Amazing opium smell in flower that always died and simply smelled like earthy herbs. Quality was mediocre of finished product. Extremely disappointed may drop the other 15 beans just to keep looking really wanted grape...but why when Dj shorts Grapekrush actually smells like grape? I think the same thing about GHS King's Kush...0 grape shitty ogk if it even is one smells like gas and old nasty cooking grease bin behind a restaurant...

I would not grow either of these strains in this thread again either. Found nothing sweet as advertised was let down. I really like paradise until these last 3 strains I ran. Forced me to move on. No high to any of these either but maybe it was my bad luck.

I would run m/f versions if there are any screw the fem stuff they started releasing.

P.S. if anyone had better different results than mine please post...Gave up on paradise beans since then.
