New run

New run

After last run we're back with pretty new (not exactly new, you'll see) things.

For this run there're some Doc's OG, Chem '91 x CCK, SOG X OGSFVxSourBubble bx2 and some other that I always run. Appart from those, we have some classics like AK-47 '95, SSH '98, SSH Soma's clone, Destroyer, Jack Herer...

And some newer things like LA Affie, Pineapple, Lilly, Medicine man x Princess, Panama and our own selections like Strawberry Mist (#2 and #3) or Grapefruit x Doc's OG.

Also, already preparing the next run with Punto Rojo, PCK x DC f2 (our own cross as well) and Kali Mist x Willie Nelson from a good friend.

PURPLE HAZE THAI

Those 6 are the only ones that germinated quick and well enough for running them in the selection.

I've tried to pop many more, but they are from a old pack, so not complaining at all.

SSH Soma's cut

SSH Soma's cut

Here it is our SSH Soma's cut @ 3 weeks.
Doesn't look as sativa as the SSH '98 cut, but it is starting to stretch significantly more this week than the two weeks before.

Here's is a StrawMist #3 just flipped yesterday. It's the first time I flip it that size. Lets see if that way I can't handle its crazy stretchiness...

AK-47 '95 @ 3 weeks

Same AK-47 '95, different way. I've tried to run this one without any kind of LST or pruning. It was fully columnar at the beginning but a lot of branches are coming out from everywhere.

Hey Hemp! nice to see you around.

I've got a AK-47 x CCK cross last run and it had a nice taste, AK dominant though.
This run I'm flowering two AK-47 clones (an old selection from Serious) with two different structures just to see the way it performs better.
About the StrawMist, yes it is from old seeds (more than I though when I soak the seeds). I only kept 2 phenos, #2 is very bushy with tones of leaves and the other #3 is also branchy but much less than #2. #3 likes a lot to be cropped, pruned, etc. It never stops stretching. #2 is done by the end of 3rd month and the #3 needs more than 4 month.

BTW it worth the wait for sure IMO, I love how it tastes! and the buzz is very uplifting, clear and caffeinic during the first 6 month of curing. After that it hits too much and the buzz is 'less clear'?

Hi all,

StrawberryMist #2 & StrawberryMist #3 just for you to compare how diferent they're:

Punto Rojo Chilombianas

Punto Rojo Chilombianas

I'd like to share with one of the selections I'm actually working on. This seeds are Punto Rojo Colombiana which has been cultivated for many years in Chile. That's why they are called Chilombianas.

I've poped them few weeks ago and I'm just starting to flip some of them. As soon as I got a rooted clone of each, the 'mother' is flipped.

Here you are some pics about them:

Don't know if there's anybody else working in this line or any other Punto Rojo right know. If so it would be nice to share some comments and pics!

I've partially missed your comment mate, sorry for that. If you want to try my AK (I'll be receiving a different cut by next week). The same for my StrawMist. I think it is a good idea to give a try to the shortest pheno (#2).

TTS mate!

A-Dubb x Cherry Puff

A-Dubb x Cherry Puff

Hi all,

here I am with another selection project which is almost finished.

This are the best two phenos found:

First one is more A-Dubb lining, less bushy and with more internodal distance, and the second one is more Cherry Puff (Pie dom male) lining.

Here same both plants flowering:

We'll see in a few weeks how they finally perform!
