Proficient? like language? LOL! anywhoo who's to say it isn't? do YOU know for sure are you a botanist and i don't know? plants have evolved for aeons on this earth living with their roots deep in all sorts of different chemicals and have fared PRETTY well without humans...now 'cause what we know is coming from a trial and error kind of method therefore very biased and limited doesn't mean it's the right one and it's the ONLY way to do it....yes people pee on their weed, however if done seldom and under controlled conditions the weed can do better than with any big buck firma fertilizer out there...then tell me...whre the fuck is the goddam catch? shall we start talking about quantum physics and how we shape reality by thought and maybe insinuate that plants MIGHT do the same if not better? thus rendering human interaction nothing else but disruptive to life itself?
oh never mind what i said...i just read your signature...sorry :p

Hey Bone, so you use that amount in 2 gallons of nutrient solution? I'm thinking to just dissolve it in the water, then add my nutes to that after. I don't wanna OD the girls on it, though.

I've wanted to get some of this stuff for a while and I finally found some at a little market..
Peace, man!!

great call on Panela! I have used it in conjunction w molasses mainly to feed the bennies in my mix. now i see that I have been boosting their riboflavin as well! thanks for the info.

also:
i had an old jamaican rasta tell me that "if you pee in a ganja garden, it make dem magic mushroom grow" "every'mon know dat!"

haha i tried for two hours to dissuade him, complete with a mycology lesson...he just smiled and nodded and said knowingly "pee in the garden, a mushroom will grow" had to agree to disagree on that one...

great info, bone, thanks for sharing.
i was recently suggested to use panella (or Pilloncillo as it's called at my local mexican grocery store).
since using it I've entirely replaced molasses in teas and fermentations, now using only panela.
