Pakistan v Afghanistan

At the weekend,,,,
Pakistan played Afghanistan at cricket up North,
As you can see all over the news,,,
The groups of supporters were kicking and punching the shit out of
each other.,,
It fills me with joy when I see other countries and cultures being
proper British
Adopting one of our favourite pastime = battering each other, lol

Just shows they are now fully integrated into British society ,,

I bet the spectators ended there evening by gorging down on kebabs and curries... It works both ways . What a Wonderful world we share..

Several of the Afghan players grew up and learned cricket in refugee camps in Pakistan .
Some found out they were afghan by birth as they only had memories of life in Pakistan . some interesting stories behind the Afghan team .
Yes there was violence in the stands , but I saw the players shaking hands and thanking each other for the contest .

The Brits were in Afghanistan/ India / Pakistan/ Bangladesh/ Burma for a cpl hundred years .
Maybe there was more cross cultural exchange than is acknowledged ?
