I saw someone using Home Depot gear to do the same trick..anyone have any suggestions? I have a nice amount of material from my first two plants....adding a third in a couple of days (CHRISTMAS HERB!).

Bubble sounds great although I have never partaken.

Hey Johnipedestrian, what sized screen do you use (microns)?

Also, do I take EVERYTHING that is left over from the plant and run it over the screen? Is it better to do it when the stuff is frozen?

Hi all, I hope it’s alright for me to stop by and make my first post here.

I have lived in PA my whole life and had a small personal grow until about 6 years ago but nothing like the strains you all have today.

Some real talent in here, so many amazing looking nugs!

I have some bag seed going right now and it looks like at least another 4 weeks before I even have anything cut and drying. I had been smoking mids for the past few years since it’s what I could find and afford. But now even that has dried up along with any spare cash had. (My father passed away 2 months ago and he didn’t have life insurance.)

So anyway yeah been a bad year for me and that’s only a fraction of the shit I am dealing with. But I have to tell you right now the hardest thing for me is looking at all your pics knowing much of that bud is no more than 45min from where I live and I can’t even get a bag of shwag.

I hope you all have a happy and safe Xmas and New Year. Maybe next year I can join you in celebrating the holidays. But for now I am going to go back to torturing myself with all the great pics.

She's from a summer grow I had, I let her get too unruly, so I took clones and I'm going to flower her out.

I'll get a new momma from one of the clones.

She takes a while to mature, but she's worth it

Thanks Vintner, and yeah I think about him all the time. Now it just me and the maturing girls. Been kind of lonely to be honest but I do feel a bit better having found ICM and all you tri state guys.

Stoney, I am been trying to man but I think I just need to give up on the happy holidays this year. I got no money, no smoke, and no family. Really wish I could just go eat everything in my kitchen and hibernate till spring.

The one bright spot I have right now is knowing I should have something to harvest in another month. But to be honest I know I can't even depend on that. I forgot a lot over the 6 years I didn’t grow. Made a lot of mistakes getting things going again. I am working with old equipment. My 250watt HPS bulb and ballast really need to be replaced and could go out on me at any time.

I messed up my soil mix, forgetting to put lime in it. I have been using tap water and letting it sit for 2 day but the other day I noticed that wasn't getting rid of all the chlorine. So I found an air pump and now at least my water smells better.

I also have some kind of fruit fly or something giving my best looking girl hell. I use to have neem oil and shit but I can't seem to figure out what I did with it.

All of this is undoubtedly leading to slowed growth and a questionable harvest. I will see if I can get some photos here in a few min. But before I do I must mention that they are out of control and too big for my space and light. I use to grow SOG and will be going back to that once I get these beasts out the flower room.

Edit: Well no pics of my girls tonight. Camera seems to be dead. I swapped the batteries and still nothing. I do have an old cell phone that I am going to try since it actually had a half decent camera but that needs to charge. So I will try again tomorrow.

Once more, keep your head up man. It will get better. I'm in the same boat. no money, no smoke, no imediate family, and I'm in a country where I dont know the langauge. looks like the holidays will be loney for the both of us. As much as I want to just lay down on my little cot and sleep my life away. I know it wont do me any good. So i force myself up and try to keep active. I hope you can do to same.

I found these pictures on the internet. Apparently they had to get chopped though, as the dude didn't have a proper place to grow.
They spent one night in coco and the roots seemed to respond pretty well.
