What a can of worms. Not sure if I want to tie my old handle to this thread.
I just read the story about Variety Jones, ~S and PoM. From what I recall of the times right after OG went down and PoM started selling his stories here and on PG it all sounded pretty spot on and so I would have to say based on that the rest must have been spot on. One thing that struck me as funny was that bit where PoM is talking about a 7 year old could kick his ass because of the illnesses he suffered. It was funny because a few months later he tried to present himself as some kind of hitman working with the CIA that was so dangerous that he had to advise certain people where he was going in advance so they could prepare for it. Yet nobody ever called him out on that bit of conflicting information. It's kind of hard to envision someone a 7 year old could beat up as being such a dangerous person. 
Lol! I forgot all about that stupid drama!PoM was schizo or something.

It appears that I may have been incorrect about POM facing some kind of legal ramifications...
The site where he is welcome to rant (not sure if I am allowed to mention it) MyPlanetGanj he is doing quite a dance saying he was in jail and could not be Variety Jones or Cimin. The reason for that would be that VJ never has been indicted and should have been.
I have my doubts. I don't think POM ever grew a seed, there is no record of the arrest he talks about, and he is not helping prove he was in jail other than just saying it. He is presenting all kinds of documents about everyone else involved in Silk Road take down, he is freely using his real name (I think he is), but no scans of his arrest nor his alleged incarceration.
POM may be a real piece of shit, but he is fun to read.

I miss overgrow, but I have came to love this place too. I didn't sign up ANYWHERE after OG for awhile, this it the only place I joined. Lol, OG I spent most of my time in the mills pride threads lol, I had a few of them cabs back then. Dang that was a long time ago...

Well see, that's just the thing with PoM all you ever have to go by is his words and occasionally some form of documents he posts that only support his words in very roundabout ways. As for VJ and whether or not that's just an alias for PoM, one has to question how PoM would have all this info on the people who built Silk Road if he wasn't one of them? The only way I can think of is if he was one of them or very, very close to one of them. It would seem unlikely he is just very close to one of them as it is not normal for people to hand over the kind of information PoM is revealing. Especially to someone who is known to present such documents as a way of promoting himself on cannabis web sites. I know if I was one of those people, PoM is one of the last people I would want to have that type of info about me.
Anyway enough about PoM, talking about him here is only helping to further his agenda by allowing info to reach even more people without PoM having to lift a finger.
I believe arguably that ICmag is way more way more than OG ever was.
Sure, OG is the Original and people can be sentimental about that sort of thing, but everything is better now and ICmag is the best there is.

lol. not to diss icm it's great. but OG was so much better. when it went down so much knowledge was lost. it was like the fall of egypt and the burning of the alexandria library. we'll never figure out how they built the pyramids for ages if at all ever. to compare it to movies, ICM is like waterworld or Mad Max, and OG was like wizard of oz or some more idealistic shit.

I thought Mia Stoner had died, but I am not sure. seems like no one has seen talked to him in a few years now
I remember OG fondly. But I was more of a newby lurker then. I really appreciate IG. Without IG I'd never have been successful . I needed help and OG was gone. Lots of people from there are responsible for this being so good in my opinion . Props to Gypsy for starting IG. I still miss the vibe from there though. My handle was the same there....peace sdd420
