Outlet that turns on when light is detected

Finding the opposite (an outlet that is triggered by dark) is really easy, due to tons of consumer devices that turn on stuff at dusk.

I'm surprised but I am having difficulty finding an outlet that can be controlled by lights on. Anyone know of any available?

I want fans and ventilation and things to turn on when the lights are on. I can use a timer, but it seems more elegant and foolproof to just have a photosensor that activates an outlet when light is detected.

My googlefu sucks but I'm also finding ones that turn on at dusk, or some relays that are all low voltage that operate as you want. It wouldn't be too hard to design a simple relay circuit that was light activated. I'm sure I could make one, but I'm not sure it would cost less than a timer. After thinking a bit I realized if I as in your position, I would just get a power strip like this that is switched. https://www.amazon.com/Bits-LCG-3MVR-Advanced-10-Outlets-Protector/dp/B00412ZQP2/
You plug your lights into the Blue socket, anything that should have power 24/7, like timers, into the red sockets, and then if you plugged your fans into the green sockets they would be activated at the same time whatever was plugged into the blue sockets, so your lights.
