WOW!!! So many questions.... Everything looks super healthy and on point, the trash can really puts things in perspective!!

Whats your soil mix like this year? did I read right, 60 cu or 400+ gallons? Those pots look a bit deeper than the 18" current wisdom, are they?

The pots are 25-23". So they are roughly 64cu per pot. 40+ bags of soil per pot.

I'm going all organic this year!
Reused soil and added amendments. I added 4# per pot of each amendment. I could have used way more. Its a lot of work turning one of those pots!

I thought I was adding to little. Seems good to me! I've also been using tea's so that may make up not amending heavily.
I just top dressed guano's last week for first time!
I have a new batch of tea brewing as I type.

Does it make any sense to add 190# per pot of amendments? 3#x64cu.
That would be crazy.
I should try it out next year!

I can here me now at Sparetime...

Looking good mendo, we used the same chicken manure and similar model on our amendments. Those are some fucking hogs, I see you have you second set of cages up, your going to need them here shortly huh....Looking good bro cant wait to see the end. I wish I had California sun :) We do it good down here in southern Oregon but not like that...I cut my teeth running the hills of salmon creek the summers in between college years and this thread reminds me a lot of those days, I don't know if its the shear plant size or the little dip your plants are in, but it reminds me of the hill big time. The old men loved those little gullys to plant in.
