@epicorchard: looking great yourself man. I use 8 foot metal cages off the ground about 2 feet and attached to t-posts. And drape trellis off of that when the get real heavy. My spot is too windy for just trellis alone, I have to use metal cages. For branch support but more against the whole plant tipping over as a whole. Its happened.
It sure was. I got the Cindy 99 also. Chemdawgs were great. Cindy took sooo long to finish. Didnt even really get to finish. Still smelled great though.
@mostwantedgens I just saw mendo420 last page. What were you saying about uploading pics. That I shouldn't do it? Its hard to understand things sometimes when its written. Why should I not upload pictures of last year? Im tech as a caveman so forgive me for not understanding. I rarely ever use the internet for anything besides ordering stuff or checkin out icmag. I always have to google slang terms or abbreviations cause I have no idea what they mean.
I have a nice Mosca's C99 bx clone... grows fast and bushy also finish on time, nice fat buds, good smoke but not for the indica lovers. it has a warming, happy mix effect... not knock out high at all.
I heard about this slim C99 type what you speak 'bout (for example Female Seeds C99)... it should be a nightmare to grow, especially outdoors.
dr greenthumb has some nice strains what would worth a try I'm sure...
Oh. I didnt plan on doing it over there. I figured In he wanted to see a row of 7-9 lb clones all lined up he could stop by. He seems like a dream fan and so am I. People are steady hatin on BD or its crosses all the time on here and I'll rep BD all day. I cant find the pics anyway. I usually dont run many seeds because I have all my clone strains dialed. I know what to expect. Been running the same genes for 5 plus years.
yea I understand what ya talkin' bout... most of us who do it seriously grow from clones what we know very well (or seed strains but it can change while the time or by generation to generation... for example MK Ultra by TH Seeds not the same as the "oldschool" MK Ultra... Super Skunk by sensi also changed a lot)
anyways I can also understand this blue dream craze in the US amongst who does it for the money cause that a heavy yielder (probably the heaviest between the heavy yielders) but I think there are many strains with better high.
its just my opinion... and I grow for quality not for quantity and I'm not a haze addicted sativa fanatic.. lol
Respect, bigeasy! I'll be popping in for the rest of the show. Best of luck!
I totally get what you're saying about outsiders coming in and raping the land without any regard to it or the people that have cultivated it for generations. I've seen it all over. It gives the scene a really bad rep. I am one of the "outsiders" as well, but can honestly say that I run a clean operation and have the utmost respect for the land and people that provides me this tremendous privilege. And I couldn't be more humbled by people like you that take pride in doing this right and taking considerations into the future.
yea I do the outdoor thing for a good 14 years at now... there is nothing special these trees for me... its just the question of pot size and watering ...and 20% compost into the soil and tadaaam you get monsters.
but I know that no one starts with monsters... or at least here... but if someone explain what to do step by step and how often watering and how much and when harvest than even a monkey can do plants like you.
the only problem that where I do it it's still illegal so I can't do it in my backyard... but the love of cannabis makes me do it anywhere and everywhere where I can.
basically what you do... take out a clone from 18/6 light indoors to outside around may 20. into a huge good soil max than water it everyday and you even don't needto fert them if your soil containes enough.
@greentree: Nothing but positive vibes your way. Im glad your conscious of the land, wish more people around these parts were. Atleast the mom & pop stores, hole In the wall backwoods bars and hardware stores that reside in farmer country do outstanding with local and immigrated cash flow. Stay tuned and we'll see what the next few months brings us!
I must be doing this all wrong....how much do monkeys go for these days? I surely need to invest in one. Probably harvest my whole garden by himself. Have a big nice pile of perfectly manicured pounds waiting for me around christmas.
