I think i`ve made it and diaplayed it quite clearly now for the last 2 years here that this has nothing to do with any technique........this strain will flower under anything less then 22 hrs of light.....I keep them under 24 hrs to avoid the hairing up that happens at 22 hrs of light. Although i do believe that every plant should have a rest period or dark cycle like they do in the great outdoors, this plant defies desciption.........and is not a novelty act like Low Rider has become.
It actually does better outside then in................I`ve tried it both ways and inside odor becomes a Big Issue..........while outside it flourishs under extreme sun and wide open spaces..........i`ve ran it at various times of the year and it`s best when planted in mid-may to the last of june........it takes a full 8 wks to get perfection and really can benefit from the cooler late August - Early September nights.
The total yield per plant does depend on the size of the clone you put out. The mothers yielded about 150 grams on average but were full of short tight tops.....no lower schwag because i removed it. The quality is above par and it`s a favorite around here while it lasts.........A properly grown Organic Afi with a good rinse cycle will surprise even the most seasoned growers......i
love it
The "Cross" as it`s come to be known does yield more but takes longer to grow....I get about 2 - 3 weeks veg inside.....then another 6 weeks outside folloed by 7 + weeks flower.........the taiste is less defied then the afi but the skunk comes through in the smell.........stone is slightly below the afi but is long lasting and not as overpowering.....couchlock stone that a over-ripe afi can deliver.......as my partner says..........'Not for Kids"

Have you tryed vegging longer to get bigger plants that yield better? And what's the potency of each type?
