If your stomach can handle it, I recommend taking those Vics without any food. That way you might actually get some pain relief. Remind your friends that this is not a good day to repeatedly cleat you in the back of your leg. And if they're still around, have them build your growbox while you stand around and direct (a la I.M. Boggled's gardening article )
