The Ortega cut floating around cali was deemed to be a LUI pheno.
Never heard of the Black Domina being involved.
How is the yield on black domina? What breeder is responsible for black domina?
Does LUI have BD in it?

ortega is a componant of Black Domina, dependin on who ya talk to. BD is a sensi offerin(right guys?) not with it this am.

anyway G13/HP X ortega X??? cant remember, had the info and some blurbs, but cant find um. pretty sure its a 4way, i grew some F2s, and got both indy/sativa hybrid type plants, dependin on the plant the BD can yield nice.

Terra Cava seedbank a few years back sold some old ortega #1-#3's.
Breeder Steve also grew these out to choose which ortega when in LUI
(he also had the original clone, which he ended up choosing to use).
I tried to grow out the #2's which desribes their background as "A
three way Indica Kush cross" on the seed packet. None germinated for
me because they were over 10 years old at the time. I got
replacements and none of them germinated either (great luck huh?).
One of the other ones was a cross with NL and the other was a
ortega X HP cross (I wanted that one real bad).

I have never seen any info on #4-#6 or mention of them except in the
first Big Book of Buds. Breeder Steve claimed that the original clone
blew away the old ortegas in yield and potency.

I'm sure I have the real Ortega clone..not an LUI pheno.. I'll say that..

about a weeks from harvesting the lower most branches... the main cola needs a little longer.. two weeks..

60 days she's done for sure.

Hey Blunt-- whatcha yielding on those Ortega's (per plant)? Do they smoke as good as they look? I think you need an indy tester, such as myself, to give the folks here an unbiased opinion on those flowers--whatya say?

Yield has varied on pot size, veg time, and pruning style.

This time around I dont know what to expect..

You'll just have to stay tuned and see..

Smokes better than she looks.

I have like a personal attachment to it.

Maybe my one true keeper.

Great taste and the high is immediate and long lasting.

Its very Indica heavy smoke but it has nice head as well.

I like to 50/50 blunts of Ortega and Pure haze for a mix of indica and sativa.

It whacks me everytime.
