Unfortunatelly a decent portion of the biggest buds was infected by mold, so I have no choice and gonna dispose them later 😭 I guess that humidity exceeded 60% during 1st days of drying. Next time it should be better though, because tent is gonna be a little bit bigger and I'm going to replace the outtake fan with a more efficient one - so it should be easier to pump out extra humidity next time.

This is going to a bin 🥲:

Here are some buds that were close to the infected but they look fine. I'm gonna keep an eye on them and check if mold is not developing, but I think they should be good..

Good news is that most of the buds seem to be ok and they are mostly dry already 🥲 so harvest update should appear soon.

Ok... I'm done with drying. Final results:

View media item 18722082
View media item 18722057
Gorilla Cookies Auto: 70 g
Girl Scout Cookies Auto: 104 g

Keep in mind that I had to throw away about 25 g of GCA because it was infested by mold. On top of that I got rid of some lose buds, by mixing them with leftovers from the trimming process - it would be about 10-15 g.

"Leftovers":

*I'm gonna use it for canna butter most likely 🤤

In other words both plants delivered about 100 g each (200 g total). I think it's a great score considering used space, light and harsh environment during summer heat waves.

GSCA did better overall than GCA and it's noticable when checking buds: most of my GCA buds turned out to be lose/airy. GSCA was healthier, with better mold resistance and easier to trim. However I'm sure that if GCA would grow in a colder environment and if I would manage pH and nutrients better, it would turn out better overall - higher yeild, denser buds and possibly no mold. I won't complain too much though, because I'm happy with the results :good:

Now I just have to check jars every day for a while, let 'em burp once or two times per day and hope that there won't be any mold 🤞

I'm gonna show some buds close-ups later when they gonna be a little bit more "mature" 🫡

Enjoy your beautiful harvest! :)
Thanks mate :thank you:

I suffer from chronic back pain so I hope it's gonna help me relax my muscles... I already tested it and it helps 😎

This is me enjoying my harvest: 😂

You need to drastically reduce the amount you're feeding them. It looks like soil. What have you been feeding them? I see what looks like top dressing in the early pic.
With organic soil, nutes already in the soil the amount of nutes drawn is very correlated to vpd, as a user its hard to adjust and you just have to hope the plant and the organic beasties do their job. I prefer hydro with leds, you know whats going and and can adjust. But each one to their own.
Props to @BReal for his choices, especially like the 90cri approach :) great results, both in yield and that look: buds on buds on buds! Nice and hope to see some more next time :)

Hey! Do you remember me? :p

I've been enjoying my harvest for a couple of weeks hehe.. and a part of this experience was cooking :sneaky: I made a few portions of fudgies. The first one turned out crunchy which was ok. Second one turned out to be too hard to chew but it was still edible and every next one was only better. This is the last portion I made - it was chewy and nice over all :)

It's only 20 cm taller compared to the previous one, but these 20 cm makes a decent difference in that scale  I replaced a huge, noisy mixing-fan with 3 smaller pc fans connected in a chain. They are very silent but they move air good enough ;) On top of that I can change the height of these, by using custom aluminium bars I attached  When it comes to air circulation: It's not dead silent unfortunatelly but when you open a window during a day, you can't hear it almost at all.

I replaced previous carbon filter (160-200 m3/h) with a slightly bigger one (240-360 m3/h). I was planning on using a bigger fan, that would be able to move that much air but I wasn't able to squeeze it in :ROFLMAO:

Fortunately the fan that I've been using, is able to move enough air, so everything should be fine :) Previous carbon filter was doing good job during most of the last grow, but it completly failed to mask smell of buds during drying process, and you could smell a little bit in the last week or two of flowering. I'm hoping for slightly better results this time.

Dusty old filter after 4 months of usage:

Is it just a closet? 🤔

NEW grow incoming! Let's go! :whee:

Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto - Fast Buds:

This was yesterday:

The seed germinated in less than 24 hours... very impressive. All my Fast Buds were always germinating very fast :)

I'm using my own vermicompost - it took me a few months to make this portion :headbange

pH of the vermicompost itself is high: I don't know the exact value but it's definitelly above 7. I had some problems because of high pH last time. That's why I mixed that with acidic peat moss. I'm not sure if I'm going to get good pH that way - it might be too low after I mixed that but... that's fine. I'm still learning. Time will tell :clock watch:

I put a layer of expanded clay on the bottom for better drainage. Soil mix: about 15% of perlite, and the rest is peat moss and vermicompost with 1:1 ratio :bigeye: Final product looks like that:

View media item 18723245
I mixed some mycorrhiza with a soil under the seed.

And... voila!

There is a reason why there is a hole in the middle of the bag. The tent is not that high, so I'm limited by height - every cm matters! 😏 Cannabis is a plant that can develop roots from the main trunk, so I'm going bury some part of it to gain about 10 cm :)

Ok... wish me luck 🙏
