You need to read my response again. I explained what my expenses are. Not profits, EXPENSES. My attorney agrees with my interpretation of expenses. You can just go with what the Oregon State Police tell you.

So I just went and read the cannabis tax act and tolerance act and I'd have to say I don't like the sounds of it at all.
A commission of 5 to 7 people that basically make all the decisions involving cannabis in the state. Prices, wether or not you can grow, it can make rules and regulations up as it goes along with the intent to curb black market sales, supposedly, but come on....free reign to make up rules and regulations as you go along with none of us having a say.....
How about making up the rules and regulations before we vote so we know what the hell we are voting on.
No way I am taking a gamble and voting yes on this thing in its current form. I want way more specifics....not just: We will make a commission and they will decide how to run things.
Im gonna start getting vocal and letting everyone I know down here in Jo. Co. about this shit. We've got more medical growers per capita down here than anywhere in the state, this shit should make them think twice...
