You're be in better hands with the USPS. If there were an issue, the USPS needs a warrant to open any mail. UPS & FedEx does not need a warrant. BTW, getting seeds 'mailed' to you isnt anywhere as scary as doing it 15 years ago. Scrappy is right and other European and Canadian banks, zero issues.. mail cash, I dont even give it a second thought, just send the cash registered mail.I've ordered from a bunch of different places over the last month. Zero issues with any of them. I have no reservations ordering from any seed banks in the US. Unless usps closes down, there is no reason for there to be anything other than business as usual. Also, you can always ask the breeder directly on IG as many of them are on there.
