Orange powder on leaf

So last night I sprayed the plants with bt. This morning I went out to open up my greenhouse vents and check the plants everything looked good. Went out after work around 4pm and saw on one leaf what looks exactly like the dry cheese they give you in Mac and cheese. Never seen it on my plants before. Usually the bt dries up and leaves some light brown spots but never seen orange. DDF5C77E-A4A9-4AD3-BDC0-519724272796.jpg

Are they outdoors???

Are they outdoors???

Sounds like a virus that was spreading in my area last year. I don't really know how to treat it.. Hopefully someone that knows more will chime in.

Yeah, I've seen moth eggs that looked like that..

cut off any leaflets with 'em on it and burn them.

I went back out there and they are gone it was only on that one leaf , looked around for damage but didn’t see any, I did spray with bt two days ago but it’s so hot and humid I can’t spray anything On them until the humidity drops. Two things I hate , budworms and humidity

Edit : found a little bit that was left behind , took some pictures with a cheap pocket mag
Sorry for the bad quality it’s hard to get a picture
