Budtender: I have a couple of other customers come in with that complaint. One has found this works for him, and the other is working their way through these.

Customer: Fcuking useless. I'm gonna smash your shop up.

So there is a dispensary in Victoria BC that is doing 30% profit sharing with its employees…….that is a step in the right direction.

the closer the grower is to the consumer the better, but not everyone has that lux
Believe it or not, there are some places in the web where customers and growers get connected (like an ebay/craigslist for cannabis products). But only very few good growers are good businessmen a well. That's where the breaking-point is.

the selling weed vs selling ham analogy mentioned in the beginning of the thread is incorrect because in no butcher shop on earth are the butchers not allowed to see, touch, or even expose the ham they are selling either to themselves or the customers

hideously environmentally irresponsible plastic containers with no pictures on them that you can't smell or see through that is currently the law it's just selling drugs in a lab vibes
