Ok gang the attorney has contacted me and said donations have started to arrive.
Thanks to those who have donated. Vons blog site will be up this week and I will provide the link . Wwe have been in contact with members of the government who wish to legalize here so it might turn into a legalization fight.
Lets all fight for this in our own way to benefit us all and to prevent future percusion of growrrs and patients in the future. The end is near!!!!

Many of the members of the human solution appear at the trials...regardless of states(we get buses to go).

If HE has no medical defense, does that mean he is too healthy?
Where are his patients? That is a ton of medication!
I need more facts and convincing, since, I have been in this arena a few times. A good defense will take upwards of Half a Million dollars and most end up with a pubic defender and a plea.

It would seem more prudent to engage a mmj leglization activist group and funnel money thru it and information (information this thread lacks)! The activist groups hold fundraisers and do other things to help people in jail!

jptbtw: Joe has already spent close to $300,000 on his own defense. I am sure he will give you more ideas for fund raisers, at the very least.
Regardless, You Both need to talk to Joe and find out what to expect, etc. Get your ducks in a row!
In the meantime, pass out those jury nullification papers to every house in that county, before jury duty notices (if it goes that far...again, most plea out; anyway--the 'little' guys without collective money behind them, almost always plea out.

I have spoken in length today with Joe who is one of the founders of the Human Solution and has the same problems as me. I will be forming the first chapter here in the Midwest since NORML is so weak and basically is just a front for attorneys tovdrum up business.
As soon as I get things set up we will begin to have rallies in Kansas and Missouri for the grassroots movement aimed at educating thevuneducated.

Please give address for donations to that project as well. Money for people in front of the court house with fliers is 10x better than money to an attorney.
Attorneys may be great, but right now there is ZERO outside public support. AND all juries need to know their rights. They are using our aunts, uncles, and cousins against us. We need to take our family back.
that is why its being done over his lawyer and not over the site. no one has to put their prints or their real info on a letter to the lawyer. you can get a money order made out. use your head and do it safely. i still prefer registered mail with cash wrapped in a few blank sheets of paper. but i hear money sent like that to and from US is getting stolen, so i guess money order is best.
OK, I seem to not really care about ultra-stealth as I have nothing to hide, haven't grown in years and now strictly a small time consumer. I sent my donation to Von's lawyers office w/my name & addy applied, if it were to become undeliverable for some reason the envelope/contents come back to me.
I did however avoid putting my username here & my real life name together. So real name & no reference to the site makes me a friend helping a friend, no more, no less.
