I think the seat behind the prosecutor is a great spot . make sure you fake cough a few times while saying bullshit . let em know your there.the green ribbon idea is great but once they catch on some judge will prob not allow it . I don't ever go to court unless I am in cuffs or got a high bail lol but I support yall from afar

Von is doing good considering all. I think there is something in the works for a fund but that is up to site admin on how it is handled. Von is talking to the attornry on setting up.a secure payment method. He wants to send in his wares to go up as auction material to help him stay afloat.

wow, no prison!? that would be amazing, sounds a lot better then the worst case scenario you mentioned at one point. i was thinking there might be a way to disavow the outdoor field, he could claim to have found it maybe? then there is the jury, apparently a lot of cannabis growers are getting set free by juries, they don't like locking up a plain grower. then there is the nullification possibility, maybe all his supporters can hand out nullification fliers at the entrance to the court building. everyone wear a hidden tee shirt with "Jury right! Nullification!" then one by one take your jacket off and let the jurors see the shirt. they might get contempt of court warnings, then they should cover up and the next one takes his jacket off, lol. or even better if you can get 50 or 100 people there, then 5 or 10 of them do it at once. not sure what the punishment is for contempt of court, but the jury can't be punished for making use of their nullification right.

but yeah, i really wish your bro the best and would be very happy to hear that his lawyer managed to get him down to probation some how. i am positively surprised though after the initial gloomy prognosis. lets hope the later is the true future, no man deserves to be locked up even a single minute for growing cannabis plants. it's cruel and inhuman punishment which in no way fits the supposed "crime". (how the fuck can it be a crime when there is no victim, no one lost anything, no one was harmed in any way) for real the prosecutor who tries to take away your life for that is up there with satan in my book. there are genuine criminals galore out there. people that hurt and steal. while even one of those is still running wild they have no right to spend even a second hunting down farmers. but thats the crux, they are cowards, they don't like taking on the real hard core criminals, cause then they might actually have to face a bit of danger. no no much better fun to swat team the neighborhood pot smokers, who will be a peaceful bunch on the whole, letting them selves be abused and stolen from. thats how they like it, go in shoot the family dog, stamp all over the house and point weapons at the children and family, smash and break as much as possible while ransacking the place for any valuables and any drugs they happen to find while looking for your wealth. then lock the parents up for the weed they find and put the kids in to the loving care of child protective services, where their statistical chances to be abused have just gone up to 1 in 5. makes you sick the whole thing.

The NORML guy is much younger and connected to the area very well. Those are some good ideas gaius. I will pass it along but the other guy has already ran his mouth. He could still get prison time but lets hope for the best. The lawyer on the phone seemed sharp and full of ideas and tried to reasure us with some hope. We will talk to him tomorrow and see
