One season being 13 weeks? From nothing but a couple of packs of seeds? It'd be tough, and since you don't know, I'd have to guess, and I'm not being harsh saying this, not by you, but not by me either. From existing clones, by a top notch experienced grower, maybe. Ask frank.

With a known strain which produces well, and a well tended scrog screen, sure.

Yes, But its not easy. The plant needs to be trained very well. The plant/canopy must stay short using a mesh screen. Environment must be good as well. Experience is a must.
