I recently purchased the 30oz bottle of Ona Gel fresh linen scent. looking back, it appears as though i should have bought the liquid concentrate to mix with Soil Moist, but ohhh well.
The question i have is can i still use the Ona Gel in the same fashion as the liquid? Ive checked out almost every Ona Bucket DIY thread and havent been able to find an answer. I will be using it on a smaller scale than the 5 gallon bucket (i got a 2 gallon). The threads ive read state to use 9cups of water, 1 cup of Ona, and 1 cup of soil moist. I mixed 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of Ona Gel, and added 1/4 cup Soil Moist....after a few minutes it all gel'd up and looked almost like jello, however it didnt stay that way very long.
What is the correct consistency for using this method? After about a day, the jello lookin Ona mix starts to look more like dried out pebbles....should i be adding more water and Ona than i currently am? thanks in advance
